Regardless of where I work,
I do my best to work wonders,
But people, robots and algorithms
Are sometimes too materialistic.
If I tell you a formula of good poetry,
Will it keep you away from me for a while?
Regardless of who I talk to,
I talk to the best version of them.
Idealization
May result in disappointment,
But I follow this rule.
If I tell you a scheme of a good play,
Will it make you a little bit more outgoing?
Regardless of why and when I keep silent,
I do it for a reason,
And I see facts and grounds for this.
If you ask me about human rights and freedoms,
Will I be able to find a proper metaphor?
I've found it one day.
And this is how I met my opponents.
If you ask me about the right religion to follow,
I will always tell you the choice is yours,
Because I know the bitterness of life without purpose
And the blindness of living under someone's rule.
Regardless of how, when and who I fall in love with,
I do my best not to fall,
Although fall is my favourite season.
No pun intended:
I heard most of your TV performances
And I'd shake your hand at least once,
But you and I prefer
Building castles in the sky
And looking for opals in a cold river.
The presumption of loneliness,
An alibi of a hijacked heart -
It was indeed hijacked by you,
I am as pale as the walls
Of the Khotyn fortress,
And I stand tall
On shaky grounds of this
Amatory disaster,
The most significant battle
In my life,
I try my best to endure
The striking hotness of your spiritual approach to life,
The all-consuming cold of your perfect mind,
And a blasphemously sacred autumn in between.
Whenever I try to escape you,
If is merely for my idealism,
It is merely for the sake of chasing the setting sun,
Whispering oaths to old gods
And asking the highest celestial spheres
To save both of us,
Keep us intact
For the common good.
Let's work wonders!
