Finally Falling Asleep

All best days start at sunset, breathtaking.

Here insomniac's journey begins.

Lilac bruises are keepsake by waking.

Lilac clouds torn apart by sunbeams.

Neither dreamer gives promises jokingly.

As a man of my word I assure:

Every gesture encrypts caustic mockery,

Every lie is sincerely pure.

So I promise to learn mute expectancy,

To keep silence while going astray.

Evil spells will envoke higher empathy,

Evil spells cast in thoughtless way.

Way that makes my embrace embarrassing

For each stranger or foe on the route.

Like an animal I remain innocent.

Like an animal I'm dissolute.

Wrapped around intact flammability,

My weak arms that once turned into ash.

Shoot the aim who shows fragility.

Shoot the target who acting so brash.

Heart rate changed it's mercurial frequency,

Took the shape of a fractured snake,

Which I call my own idiosyncrasy,

Which you call an enticing mistake.

So it was. Now keep clear your sanity.

You will need it in good old Elsewhere.

Let me rest in obscure serenity.
